Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your edited photos. To ensure fairness and clarity, here’s how my refund policy works:

• Before editing begins:
  You may cancel your order at any time before editing starts for a full refund.

• During the editing process:
  Once editing has started, refunds are not available. However, you’ll have the opportunity to review and approve a preview image before the final delivery is made. I’ll make reasonable adjustments based on your feedback at this stage.

• After final delivery:
  Once final images are approved and delivered, no refunds can be issued, as the completed work is a digital product that cannot be returned.

• Goodwill refunds:
  In special cases, I may offer a partial goodwill refund at my discretion if you’re genuinely dissatisfied and have acted in good faith.

The final delivery of image(s) will be sent to the email that was provided when order was submitted, unless said otherwise.
